I am Prof. (Dr). Monique Marks - YOURHEALTHPROF!

 

Welcome to my practice. I am dual-qualified and registered as a social worker and a health coach.  I also have a strong academic background and maintain a university affiliation. This means that I stay up to date with the latest knowledge and ensure that interventions are evidence-based.

 

My unique combination of training and experience means I will guide you on your journey to holistic wellbeing. I am guided by the biopsychosocial approach to wellbeing. Mind, body, and social context are all connected. In my practice, my clients are whole people. Your social context matters as much as your physical and mental state. Together, we will unpack how all aspects impact one another and find holistic, effective solutions. 

 

I create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you will feel heard and empowered to make impactful changes in your life.
