03.Couple/Marriage Counselling
All relationships go through periods of uncertainty and turbulence. What we often don't do is find out what lies beneath the presenting problems. Even less apparent is how to de-escalate. Join me in relationship therapy sessions. Together we will identify why conflict emerges, rekindle love, and find ways to de-escalate before the relationship spins. You will find my practice and my style comforting, allowing you to regroup and reconnect
04.Personal Solution Planning
We offer dedicated time to thoroughly understand your individual circumstances and objectives. Our approach focuses on active listening and detailed requirement gathering to craft a solution designed exclusively for you. This ensures your unique situation is addressed with precision.
05.Group health coaching day
Create a group of 7-9 friends or colleague who wish to optimise their wellbeing. Together we will explore our current health status and determine our wellness visions and goals. I will facilitate the group using fun tools and evidence-based information. The group is there for trusted sharing, creativity, and longer term as an accountability platform. Meals included for the day
