Hi, I’m Dr Monique Marks, a certified health coach and registered social worker with over (x) years of experience. I support teens, adults, and couples through overwhelm, anxiety, depression, ADHD-type challenges, chronic stress, relationship difficulties and even substance use.
Most people who come to me aren’t in a crisis… they’re just not feeling like themselves.
You might look “fine” on the outside while carrying far more than you should. My role is to offer a safe, open, honest and non judgmental space where you can finally exhale and talk openly.
From that safety, we build hope, action oriented steps and emotional shifts that help you feel mental clarity, steadier and more in control.
Whether you want ongoing therapy or simply clarity and direction, I meet you where you are and walk with you toward feeling balanced, supported and more like yourself again.

Begin Your Guided Support
If I’m a good fit for you, we’ll start working toward stability through therapy, coaching, emotional regulation, or relationship support, whatever aligns with your goals.
Sessions are warm, grounded and focused on helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more in control.
Bonus: You also receive brief check-ins / 10-minute laser calls when needed, so you’re supported between sessions and not just during your therapy sessions.

Designed to help you understand what’s happening inside you emotionally and gently regain a sense of control over your thoughts, your reactions and your daily life.

In Person & Online Options Available
I offer emotional regulation and stability support for teens, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD-related challenges, emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, relationship strain, and seasons of life that feel “too heavy.”
All sessions can be done online or in-person, in a safe, open, honest and non-judgmental space.
I also offer in-home visits for the ill.
Each session is designed to help you understand how your emotional patterns affect your daily life, relationships, behaviour, thinking and overall wellbeing and what actually helps you feel more grounded and in control.
